The Society is managed by an Executive Committee which is made up of ordinary members who put themselves forward for election which takes place at the Annual General Meeting each May. Anyone who has been a member of the Society for a minimum of three years may put themselves forward and each elected member will serve a term of two years after which they may put themselves forward for re-election. If any position becomes vacant the Executive Committee are allowed to co-opt another member onto the EC in order to provide a seamless service to the general membership of the Society. Please remember that the people shown above are unpaid volunteers who have the usual commitments of family and career and as such, there may be a slight delay in answering any query, however they aim to respond within seventy-two hours where possible.
